SandaMapThese Terms govern your use of the SandaMap mobile application — published on Google Play as Sanda: Visited Places & Map — and this website, provided by Serhii Serhiienko, Limassol, Cyprus ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you accept these Terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes.
2. What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
- Copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the App or its content.
- Use the App to store or share unlawful, infringing or abusive content.
- Interfere with the App's operation, attempt to bypass its paid features, or access other users' data.
- Use automated means to extract data from the App or its backend at scale.
3. Your account
Signing in is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for the activity under it and for keeping access to your Google account secure. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms.
4. Your content
The travel data, notes and photos you add remain yours. You grant us only the limited right to store, back up and display that content in order to operate the App for you. You confirm you have the rights to any photo you upload.
5. Subscriptions and payments
- SandaMap is free to download. Optional supporter subscriptions unlock additional features and remove ads.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play, not by us. Prices, currency and taxes are shown in Google Play before you confirm.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and by any statutory right you have as a consumer.
6. Advertising
The free version displays advertising. Ad content comes from third-party networks and we do not endorse advertised products. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
7. Accuracy of map and place data
Maps, borders, country names, city coordinates and place information come from third-party sources and are provided for personal reference only. They may be incomplete or out of date and carry no political or legal meaning. Do not rely on the App for navigation, safety or legal purposes.
8. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the App, including cloud sync, at any time. We aim to give notice of significant changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data you have not backed up. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and, if you wish, deleting your account. We may terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of the page shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
